Rachel Allee is a founding partner and the Chief Executive Officer of IND Consulting. With more than 27 years of experience in long-term care (LTC) pharmacy, she has held key roles with Neighborcare, Omnicare, and several independent pharmacies. Rachel brings deep industry expertise and leadership to IND Consulting, guiding the company’s mission to deliver innovative solutions and operational excellence across the LTC pharmacy sector.

Sarah Bruns

Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Bruns is a Founding Partner of IND and brings over 25 years of experience in the long-term care pharmacy industry. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Accounting, she combines deep financial expertise with decades of operational leadership to drive innovation and excellence in pharmacy services. Throughout her career, Sarah has been dedicated to improving care delivery and building sustainable business practices that support both patients and providers. As a leader and entrepreneur, she continues to shape the future of long-term care pharmacy through strategic vision and a commitment to quality.

Toni Thomason

IT Services & Software Sales

As IT Services & Software sales at IND Consulting, Toni is a strategic leader who aligns technology and business solutions to drive measurable impact across pharmacy, healthcare, oil & gas, and manufacturing. A Baylor University graduate, she empowers growth through innovation, bringing subject matter experts to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver superior, scalable solutions.

Josemar Menendez

Operations Specialist

With nearly 20 years of experience in Long Term Care pharmacy, Josemar has built a career spanning both operational leadership and pharmacy technology. Beginning as a pharmacy technician in 2007, Josemar advanced through roles within large-scale LTC pharmacies, developing a comprehensive understanding of pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and technology-driven solutions.

Drawing on this varied hands-on experience across pharmacy environments provides Josemar with practical insight into optimizing operations, supporting system implementations, and aligning technology with real-world pharmacy needs. Always keeping in mind his mission to bridge the gap between frontline pharmacy operations and enterprise-level strategy.

Brian Mosher

Chief Information Officer

Brian is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Management Information Systems. He has worked in the LTC Pharmacy space in both operations and IT since the early 2000s and is a founding member of IND Consulting. He oversees all IT and Software Development departments and initiatives for IND.

VP of Sales & Customer Experience

Amber Murray has over 20 years of experience in account management, business development, and client operations across the healthcare and technology industries. As Vice President of Customer Experience at IND Consulting, she drives growth by building strategic partnerships and delivering innovative solutions that streamline workflow for long-term care pharmacies and DME providers. Amber is known for her collaborative leadership, data-driven insights, and unwavering commitment to client success.

A Senior Technology Specialist, who has been coming up with solutions to our customers most complex issues for 10 years now. Certified in cyber security and RMM assure our customers the networks and systems being implemented are the best of the best.

Jennifer brings strong client service and account management experience from global and luxury brands, paired with a degree in Economy and Finance. Known for her warm communication style and problem-solving mindset, she helps clients feel supported and confident in their IT experience.
